Case1: Solve The Plugging Problem Of Aggregate Screening
There is more rainfall in southern China, which makes the customer's materials often in a wet state. The customer tried the stainless steel screen and the polyurethane screen respectively, but none of them completely solved the problem of hole plugging.
On April 8th last year, we provided the customer with 4 rows of rubber screen panels for experiment, and tried to solve the problem of hole plugging with high elasticity and wear-resistant rubber with a hardness of 40ShoreA.
Due to the high elasticity of rubber, wet materials will hardly stay on the surface of the screen panels. The customer checked after the machine stopped and found that the plugging rate of our rubber screen panel is extremely low, almost zero.
Three months later, we visited the customer again and entered the machine to check the wear of the rubber screen panel. The following are the pictures we took on site. It can be seen that there is no obvious wear and tear on the screening area of the rubber screen panel. The customer told us that there have been no more plugged holes in these three months, which has reduced machine downtime.
Case2: Rubber Screens For Molybdenum Ore Screening
In November 2022, we provided 305LS rubber screen panels with an aperture of 12x25mm to domestic screen machine manufacturer. This is a 3673 single layer banana screen, we installed 60ShoreA hardness screen panels at the input end of the machine, and 40ShoreA hardness screen panels at the output end.
On January 7, 2023, the screen machine manufacturer told us that the end customer was satisfied with the performance of the rubber screen panel and was ready to buy spare parts.
The following is a picture of the wear and tear of the screen panel sent by the customer. It can be seen that there is only slight wear on the surface. Because the screen panel with two hardness material is used together, no hole plugging was found in the entire screening area.
